Tooth Whitening &

Tooth Whitening & "Free Whitening for Life"

Tooth whitening is a popular procedure to make teeth whiter & brighter resulting in a more attractive smile. Bleaching can be used to whiten stained and discolored teeth or simply to enhance a dull appearance which results from normal eating. Either way, tooth whitening is a safe and relatively painless procedure ideal for most patients.
Tray whitening is an easy, convenient and affordable treatment you can use while in the comfort of your home. We will first take an impression of your mouth to create customized clear whitening trays for you to wear with a bleaching product. Within a few days your trays will be ready to be picked up and during that appointment we will show you how to apply the special bleaching solution to the trays and provide you with home instructions. Initially the whitening trays should be worn for 30 minutes up to twice a day for two to three weeks. Improvement will appear over this time resulting in maximum whitening Occasional touch-up treatments will be required to maintain your new brighter smile because regular daily use of coffee, tea and food will continue to effect tooth color.

Our "Free Whitening for Life" program will support you to maintain that beautiful smile throughout the year. Every time you visit Dr. Rosser's office for an exam and cleaning we will replace the whitening solution for you at NO Extra Cost ! "Free Whitening for Life" is our commitment to keep you looking and feeling your very best.

Dental Bonding

Dental Bonding

Fixing a chipped tooth, cracked tooth or a gap between your teeth is fast, easy and affordable with dental bonding. Dental bonding can also be used to improve the appearance of a slightly discolored tooth and to change the shape of teeth but it is typically recommended for small cosmetic changes. Unlike other cosmetic treatments, dental bonding can be performed with little or no advance preparation. Dental bonding is convenient and durable, taking just 30-60 minutes per tooth and lasting from 5-10 years.

Enamel Microabrasion

Microabrasion is another technique for removing stains or lesions. It is often used to treat white or brown fluorosis, mineralization defects or white lesions caused by inadequate hygiene when wearing orthodontic braces. Using a special compound and abrasion technique, the discoloration is polished away. It usually takes only one appointment to complete this appearance changing procedure

Dental Implants

Dental Implants are designed to look, feel and function like your natural teeth. It's the ideal way to restore one or more teeth that are congenitally missing or lost as the result of injury or disease. They are an excellent long-term option for restoring your smile with a single tooth implant or securing a bridge or denture into place. The major benefit of an implant is the "solid support" they provide for your restorative dental work. Customized to appear and perform exactly like real teeth; the development and use of implant technology is surely one of the biggest advances in dentistry over the last 40 years.

There are generally 3 phases to getting an implant.

  • A titanium screw is surgically placed into the bone of the jaw which will function as the “root” of the implant.
  • The bone around this implant fixture heals in a process called osteointegration where the bone grows into and around the screw holding it securely in place. This healing process takes 2-3 few months.
  • Once healed, a custom abutment is fabricated and attached to the implant fixture. The abutment acts as a post for a dental crown. The full restorative process is completed when a permanent crown is adhered to the implant.

Sounds like a timely process but the results are well worth the effort and monetary investment when you see and feel the results. Dental Implants have a success rate of 97% and with proper care implants can last a lifetime.
Note that implants require the same care as real teeth, including brushing, flossing and regular dental check-ups.
